I am so excited to start my spring training! I have some fun races planned for myself, plus I have spent all winter WORKING my strength training. And I can’t wait to see that hard work pay off.

What’s stopping you? If you really think about it, you can smash all those excuses! 💪🏻❤️ Let’s talk about the difference a year makes! First is today, first day of 34!! Shout out to my February birthday queens! Swipe to see me a year ago! I’m awesome in both, but the girl today has more confidence and self love. I’ve completely taken charge of my wellness and happiness. The other girl was sort of trying 🤷🏻♀️ but wasn’t REALLY making time for herself. Girl, this is your time! So what race am I doing? Well, I got off to a slow start, not sure if it was the awful cold weather we have had, or what. I finally picked, the Memorial March 10k! Then the IMT Des Moines 1/2 halfmarathon, and right after that the Hospital Hill in Kansas City! (That makes 3 different states for this year!)
I am so excited for these races, but most of all, all 3 are new races for me and that automatically makes it an adventure. I can’t wait to delve more into my training, and will go back to weekly updates! Discounts for the Bibrave races are coming soon! What races are you running this year?
