So I completed a 6 week transformation! It was hard work. I got up early most days to get my workout in before my family was up!
The biggest changes for me were in my habits, not my weight or inches. I feel like I am consistently eating better. But you better believe that I ate a great birthday meal! It isn’t about perfection.
