Holy moly! We are almost to the end of the year. So for me that means goal time!!
I have been busting my butt to make some big goals and make sure that I have a plan to hit them. This is what they look like! (I will have this at the bottom of my page for you to download and add your own.
Goal #1- 2019 Step miles! What this means is that I will be doing roughly 12,000 step a day! I know that I don’t want to take on 2019 running miles next year, since this is the year of strength. That doesn’t mean that I don’t want to get moving.
Goal #2- PR 10k & 5k! Last year I rocked my half marathon PRs! 2 times actually! This year, I want to speed up those shorter distances. My strength training will help with that.
Goal #3- 25 unmodified push ups! This is a HUGE one for me. I think I can do 1-2 right now. I plan to really jump into my home workouts and end this year toned and strong!
